Alexis Kelly is a proud New Orleans native whose passion for education and student advocacy has been the driving force behind her career. Born and raised in the city she proudly serves, Alexis is deeply committed to creating equitable learning environments where every student has the opportunity to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Xavier University of Louisiana and later obtained a Master of Science from Capella University with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis and Child and Adolescent Development. Her educational background provides a strong foundation for understanding the diverse academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of students.

With extensive experience in the education sector, Alexis has served in a variety of leadership and student support roles, where she has led initiatives focused on special education, inclusion, behavior intervention, instructional coaching, and systems development. She is passionate about empowering educators, strengthening collaborative practices, and designing sustainable systems that improve outcomes for all learners.

Known for her student-centered leadership, strategic thinking, and commitment to excellence, Alexis believes that every child deserves access to high-quality instruction, meaningful relationships, and the individualized support necessary to reach their fullest potential. She is dedicated to fostering school cultures where students, families, and educators work together to build strong, inclusive communities and lasting opportunities for success.
