Joseph Caldwell is the 3-5 Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Harriet Tubman Charter School. Joseph has been an educator since 2019, with experience teaching and leading in various capacities. He has taught 8th-grade Social Studies and has held roles as Lead Teacher, Grade Team Leader, and Resident Coach. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies from Dillard University and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education. He aims to create learning environments that foster critical thinking, creativity, and holistic growth.
